You need to login to upload a post. We have standardized on PDF for cue sheets. Almost everyone can read and print them. Please name your file with the prefix cue_XXX_YYmiles, where XXX is the abbreviation that we use the start point and YY is the distance. For example cue_UP_20miles_KelleysStore.pdf or cue_UP_33miles_coveredbridges.pdf.

Create a new post. Create a short title and short description. Feel free to credit the person who submitted it. List the ride start location in the description. Highlight the location, such as Utica Park, and click on the link icon. A dialog box will appear and the lower portion will list all of the posts and pages we have. You can select the post that describes the ride start and how to get to it.
After the description click on the “Add Media” button. Choose the Upload file tab. Drag your file onto the page that appears. Change the title in the box to the left to be cue sheet but leave the rest. Click on the red Insert into Post button at the bottom right. You will be taken back to the post editor page. There will be a link to the cue sheet in the post.
On the ride side in the format box, click on the aside option. Under categories you should check
- cue sheet
- the correct choice for the length of the ride
- the starting point of the ride.
Below the text there will be a custom fields section. Click on the select menu and choose distance. In the value box put in the distance in miles.
Under Discussion which is found at the bottom of the page, uncheck “Allow comments.” and “Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this post.”
Click the red Publish button or the red Update button if you are fixing an already published cue sheet.
