Seventeen of us left on a lovely day for what turned out to be an eventful ride. We did the usual things (photo op and store stop) and enjoyed the warm temperatures for this time of year.
Weather was cool, but sunny, as nine of us headed out for 20 miles. Other than the Walter Martz detour route, traffic wasn’t bad.
Six members convened for a 44 mile ride along the Western Maryland R/T, with time taken to warm and fill up at the 34 mile mark. A good time was had by all despite the lack of sun.
Great ride today! At the beginning the wind was strong, but then died down. Nine of us rode today: Kathy Dollar, Patrick McKinney (photographer 😀), Dave Teach, Bill Smith, Andrew Flint, Paul Ericson, Arni Flint, Ray Gable and me.
We had great weather for Sunday’s ride. It began with sunny skies, light winds and temperatures moving into the low 50’s. The fall colors were beginning to fade, but there were still a few bright trees here and there.
